For Emmi, in collaboration with WPP Media, we were commissioned to create a staging that brings a mural in Vienna to life. As part of a larger campaign, WPP Media developed the mural for Emmi, and the goal was to extend this activation with a striking visual production.

We developed a mixed-reality concept where the mural becomes animated. The illustrated hand from the mural comes to life and interacts with the environment, as the product can emerges out of the wall. Since Amey was celebrating an anniversary, people enter the scene, celebrating and dancing around the activation.

We modeled the product, the hand, added confetti, executed detailed retouching, and handled extensive compositing work to seamlessly blend reality and CGI.

The result was a strong out-of-the-box staging that clearly differentiates itself from traditional executions and serves as a powerful example of how murals can be brought to life through mixed reality.
